Mikhail has a strong experience in all aspects of commercial, real estate, intellectual property, insurance, and administrative litigation. While attending the University of Minnesota School of Law, an institution that is consistently rated among the top law schools in the country, Mikhail showed great aptitude for the discipline of law, graduating in the top 5% of his class and receiving magna cum laude honors. After graduation, he assisted Judge Broberg of Minnesota State District Court with arraignments, court hearings, and trials, as well as handled inquiries to court and performed legal research.
